INNER PEACE, CALM SOUL

“When peace like a river, attendeth my way, When sorrows like sea billows roll—Whatever my lot, thou hast taught me to know, It is well, it is well with my soul.”

Pamela Phelan

I’m passionate about my education and new career as a mental health counselor in Charleston. My bachelor’s degree is in Exercise Science and Health and I hold many certifications including personal training, yoga, aqua exercise and senior fitness. I am a LPC-I at a local inpatient treatment facility for women while I finish my graduate degree in Clinical Mental Health.  I love learning, reading research and spending time with my family, especially in nature.

Relational & Authentic

As I walk in my journey of being authentic in my own skin, I am open and accepting of your walk as well.
Connection is my therapist love language— my goal is to connect with my clients as they find meaningful and healthy ways to connect with themselves, to God, and with their loved ones. We are all interconnected, and meant to be in community with one another… life is just better that way! I want to guide you in being deeply comfortable with the imperfect journey of being HUMAN.

INNER PEACE

Begins when you allow nothing outside of you to dictate what happens on the inside.

“No reaction is, in itself, a beautiful reaction”

It's Ok to Cry

Crying has many benefits such as: improving our mood, relieves stress, reduces pain, detoxifying our body and more. We often see it as a negative but crying is healthy; it cleanses.
